Pathogenesys LLC will execute a contract with clients that details the Study protocol. The contract will also be a comprehensive agreement that covers all confidential, legal, and liability issues. Generally, the contract that covers service work performed at Pathogenesys on behalf of a client conducting a clinical trial will provide for the assignment of all intellectual property to the client. Where feasible, Pathogenesys will sign a Master Agreement with the client to cover all legal matters Exhibits that cover specific projects can be attached to or reference the signed Master Agreements.
Pathogenesys employees are also available for consulting services.
