Pathogenesys LLC has one testing location at 27126A Paseo Espada, Suite 1603, San Juan Capistrano CA 92675 and is registered with CLIA and the State of California. The College of American Pathologist will perform yearly assessment of performance through Audits and participation in CAP-approved Proficiency Examinations
Dr. James A. Thompson M.D. Ph.D. FCAP is the Medical Director and Pathologist. Dr. Thompson is Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology, licensed in the State of California, and certified by the State of New York. Pathogenesys LLC performs research in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices and Good Clinical Practices. Clients and potential clients are encouraged to visit and audit the Pathogenesys Laboratory. SOPs are maintained that cover all aspects of GLP, including a Chain-of -Custody procedure, Quality Assurance auditing, and the conduct of research studies. Human Subject research is conducted in compliance with Federal Regulations and consistent with the Belmont Report. Compliance with these principals is documented by Federalwide Assurance filing.
